Jharra Healing

with Sara Dawn

Jharra is a beautiful, gentle healing technique of sweeping a person with peacock feathers while repeating specific healing mantras in silence. This can be done in person, on zoom, with a photo, or distance healing. Herakhan Babaji explained it was the first form of healing for humanity before there were herbs and medicines…

I felt solid in my spine and then my core, like a central channel that was solid, like rooted and weighted into my body. I then felt very light. I felt some tension in the back of my solar plexus where I’ve often felt that when I meditate. I then felt my heart opening. Afterwards I felt my third eye opening. That was really nice! Thank you!

Loved it, Sara. So grateful! I could feel energy moving behind my eyes and some twitching. My neck was also involved with some adjustments being made to that part of my body. Subsequently, I could feel a sensation of attention to the ring finger of my left hand. Later, I had a vision of being in meditation, possibly in a room of an ashram where the floor and walls were cement. I was alone and in deep meditation there. The 15-minute session seemed like it was only 5 minutes, so there was a distortion of time. After it ended, I was left feeling very peaceful. Namaste!

That was so sweet! Right away at the beginning I felt activation in my crown. It evolved to warmth and activation at the top of my head. This was a new sensation for me. Throughout the session I felt tingling energy moving down through my legs. Overall, it was very relaxing and my mind fell back & forth into sleep and wakefulness. Thank you my friend!

I felt my head being ‘cleansed’ down my belly, then my feet. Later on different areas of my body were cleansed. Each part of my body is feeling more relaxed and my mind is more joyful. Thank you!

My Journey with Jharra

I came into this simple yet profoundly potent form of healing through my friend and teacher, Marge DeVivo.

Jharra healing found me in a most magical way and has transformed my relationship to life and healing in ways I could not imagine.

You can read more about my journey with Jharra in my book, Rebirthing the Phoenix; Embodying the Goddess through Rebirthing Breathwork and Immortal Master Babaji.
