Conscious Breathing - Rebirthing
Sara received her first Conscious Breathing session in the spring of 2002. Her personal experience of physical healing, inner growth, and transformation has inspired her to share this work with others.
In January of 2003 Sara completed the 9 Day Professional Rebirthing Training with Leonard Orr, (discoverer of rebirthing and founder of the worldwide Rebirthing Breathwork movement and RBI–Rebirth International,) in Staunton, Virginia.
In July 2003 she participated in the annual International Rebirther’s Convention at RBI headquarters where she continued to deepen her relationship with Breathwork. The International Convention enabled her to learn from and participate with other Breathwork Practitioners from all over the world.
In 2004 Sara spent over 6 months volunteering at RBI, where she gave Breathwork sessions, worked in the Inspiration University Bookstore, participated in numerous one day seminars, and provided information and phone support to callers from all around the globe. She maintains a close relationship with Leonard Orr and other members of RBI and staff.
Sara has received over 100 Conscious Breathing/Rebirthing sessions. She began Rebirthing herself daily in 2003, and continues to do so today. She has given over 200 high quality individual Breathwork sessions to people from various age groups, Spiritual beliefs, and backgrounds. She is a self-published author of several different books on Conscious Breathing and the Healing Practices as taught by Leonard Orr.
She is working today as Webmaster of Learn-to-breathe-energy.com; an educational website devoted spreading the word about the healing power of Conscious Breathing Rebirthing.

Sara Dawn currently resides in Oregon, where she is in training to become a licensed Prayer Practitioner with the United Centers for Spiritual Living / United Church of Religious Science, (Ernest Holmes, Founder.) and continues writing inspirational works.
