Experiential Retreat on healing with the Elements; Earth, Air, Water, and Fire, Mankind's Most ancient Healing System with Sara Dawn. This is an outdoor camping retreat with one full day fire vision quest, (optional fasting) breathing exercises, soaking in hotsprings, sharing, and time for Q&A with Sara.

June 2012 - Portland, Oregon, USA Individual Breathwork Sessions
Sara Dawn will be available for Individual Breathwork Sessions in the Portland, Oregon area. This is a powerful, simple, non-invasive and potent initiation into Conscious Energy Breathing. Release toxins, stress, blocked emotions, and experience deep emotional healing, inner peace, and relaxation. Please arrive comfortably dressed, not on an empty stomach (this can cause sleepiness) and with a willingness to breathe, feel, and heal.
Sessions are 2-3 hours.
Individual Session with Sara DawnCost: $120 USD
Individual Session with Sara Dawn and Jesus MecaMany people choose to breathe with two breathing guides at one time, as many people find that they will get in touch with experiencing both the 'Mother' and 'Father' present during their session. It also provides the opportunity to heal issues related to gender.Cost: $220 USD
