I can't help but consider, how relevant and important we each are in the fabric of Life. So often I hear and see people complaining, stuck in the paralysis of fear, anger, lack, pain, and so on. So often I find myself facing the same chronic emotions head-on within myself.

But I know that JOY is a persistent possibility, knocking on our doors in every moment of every day; regardless of what is going on. And Joy is an infallible healing energy.

Each time I break through limited thinking, each time I choose to be loving instead of fearful or closed off, each time I breathe and allow the negative emotions to pass, I become more alive, - a well spring of energy. I discover Joy running through the very center of my Being. It is in our nature to be in Joy. It is our natural Divine state of Being.

Conscious Energy Breathing (aka Rebirthing) is my favorite venue for assisting others to uncover their Joy. I truly see it give people back their lives, their deep inner connection to Source, -the Infinite Intelligence within all of us.

I am working hard to deepen my own understanding and experience of this sacred, divine process. I am working hard to spread the word about Rebirthing and share its amazing benefits with anyone and everyone who wants to learn more. (Visit www.learn-to-breathe-energy.com)

It has not always been easy for me. This has been a lot of work, and I am constantly venturing to break through my own personal fears and limitations, and to be a more expanded, stronger, open avenue for the Spirit of this work to flow through me.

I have found some basic Principles of Truth that have helped me choose joy, and free my thinking and my life from the bondage of fear. I am compiling them into a book, but I'd like to share this article on Oneness with you now. I feel it is so vital that each of us understand, what true Miracles and Sacred Divine Beings we are.

My personal knowing is that Life/God/Mother/Source/Universe/Love is an Infinite Intelligence, and nothing exists outside of That, -including ourselves. We are the Presence of God on earth - Oneness explains the essence of this miracle.

“That Whose Center is everywhere and Whose Circumference is nowhere.”

What I can see is that each individual is truly One, – whole and complete in and of themselves. –All of God/Life is Omnipresent, therefore All of God must be completely present in each individual. Each individual is the wholeness and completeness of God. “That Whose Center is everywhere…” That whose center is in each individual person, yet 'whose circumfrence is nowhere'...not limited to any one location.

Perhaps this is how qualities such as Self-Sufficiency, independence, and free will are able to come into being. Could we experience self – sufficiency without God? I think not! I in my conscious thinking I wouldn’t know how to keep my heart beating, how to make sure my liver knew what to do, how to keep my body chemistry and circulation going…. I wouldn’t know what was holding the cells of my body together or what makes my body move when I think of moving it! God in me is what makes me sufficient. God in me is what enables me to be ‘independent.’ God in me is what enables me to move and have free choice.

This brings me to the conclusion that my life, my very existence is God. -Our life, our existence, is God.

“…Whose Circumference is nowhere.” There is no end to God, no dividing line, no boundary. No end of the fence. No ending road or edge of the Universe. There is no here and there is no there. There is no where else to go. God is everywhere. How can space and distance exist when all of God is completely present everywhere?

If I were experiencing omnipresence like God, if I were completely present everywhere there is to be, I would feel no separation between individuals, space or any imaginable distance. I would feel and know everyone and everything as myself.

Can we ever really do something without anyone else? If we are all one, then everything I do, you do with me. Everything you do, includes me.

Do we really know what it means to be One? I think we have some great ideas, and some fantastic understanding, but I also think there is much to expand upon in our experience.

I can wrap my mind around the idea that we are One. Every living being, every thing is made of the same spiritual substance. I can see that every individual has the same spark of life within them that is in me. I feel that as the Presence of God. The Hindu word, Namaste is a beautiful expression of this Oneness. It means;

“I honor the place in you in which the entire Universe dwells. I honor the place in you, which is of Love, Truth, Light, and Peace. “

The interpretation goes on to explain;

“When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are One.”

I interpret it this way: “because of that Place in you, and that place in me, we are One. When we are both experiencing that place within us that is of Love, truth, Light, and Peace, we actually experience our Oneness.”

What does it means to be One?
-There is no one but God.
