Hello Sweet Friends. I am sending this email out in support of one of my GREATEST Teachers, Matt Garrigan. He has helped so many people, me included, and now he is facing a major health crisis.

I don't usually send out emails like this, but to know that he is facing all of the many challenges this presents right now just breaks my heart.

I am asking friends to offer prayers, financial support, or words of encouragement for Matt. He has been a major part of my growth, self expression, success and achievement. I know I would not be who I am today without his guidance, example, and instruction. I think it is so important to honor our teachers, and our teacher's teachers...to honor our 'lineage' and Matt is definitely part of mine.

If you feel I have touched your life in any way, please thank this man for the contribution he has been in my life, in any way you are willing, capable, and able to do. I am a sincere believer in the power of prayer, intention, and support.
