I want to take this opportunity to joyfully welcome us all into the year 2010.
There are many changes and dynamic events happening in our world. Now more than ever, we are being pushed and molded into living lives that are meaningful, truthful, and authentic to our deepest nature.
My own inner sense of what 2010 will be about is to stop analyzing and planning.... this is the year to get out there and do it!
I trust this year will be one of growth, awakenings, abundance, and joy for you and your loved ones.

Individual Breathwork Sessions - New Location
I am now available for high quality, individual Breathwork Sessions in SE Portland. I am very excited about this new location. You can be 'rebirthed' in a sweet, quiet healing space that I like to call the Temple, amidst a pond, bamboo, and gentle healing breezes. This is a cob structure, made of natural earth-friendly materials that truly create a sacred space.

The Mystical Awareness of Oneness
Oneness is the nature of Life. Now is the time to awaken to your natural Divinity!Do you really know and understand your unity with God / Universe / Spirit / Life? What does it mean? What is a Mystic?
Ernest Holmes, author of The Science of Mind, and founder of the United Centers for Spiritual Living, defines a mystic as “One who senses the divine presence… one who intuitively senses the divine essence in everyone and everything.” So we are all mystics! We all have the capacity to sense the Divine presence.
My question to you, to all of us, is “How well do you know and understand your Unity with God and Life? Do you really know what that means? Do you know your Oneness with God and All of Life?” and what parts of your life, or of yourself, are you hiding because you think it is not God? – not good enough, or shameful? Where do you separate yourself from all the Goodness and Life and Love of the Universe? In what ways do you think you are separate?”
